I am the founder and owner of SPS Property Inspections serving Maine. I am a veteran and served 21 years in the United States Army. I draw the majority of my home inspection knowledge from my background in home building and construction, as well as over 150 hours of training and earning AHIT certifications.  

My work ethic, drive, and commitment to excellence is what sets me apart from other property inspection companies. 

My goal is not only to provide my clients with a thorough inspection at a reasonable price, but to also provide them with a basic understanding of the property in its current condition. I strive to help buyers make informed buying decisions.

As the owner of SPS Property Inspection, I will be the one performing the inspection. I am dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in property inspections. I treat every inspection as if I were purchasing the property for myself.

SPS Property Inspections is fully insured and is in business to provide the most comprehensive inspection for its clients. After the inspection, I provide my clients with a thorough report within 24 hours of your inspection.
