They coordinated with our agent and the sellers throughout the process, as well as adjusted their schedule to accommodate my wife and father in law. The inspection itself was detailed, thorough, and professional. Scott pointed out every area of concern in detail and gave praise where the property warranted it. We had the written report available quickly and are ready for the next steps in our home purchase. 10/10, hopefully we never have to move again but if we do, SPS Property will be who we go to.
