Scott was awesome! Very thorough in checking everything and pointing out both good and bad items at the house we are purchasing. He took his time checking things and explaining any issues to us. We would definitely recommend SPS Property Inspections to anyone needing an inspection before making such a big purchase. We were able to negotiate with the sellers for repairs thanks to Scott!
